Just Be Free Art School is a unique family operated studio, offering fine art instruction and digital movie making to children ages 4-18 years old, in West Omaha, NE. This studio was specifically designed to allow children the opportunity to experience the freedom of using their imagination. All classes are scheduled in ten week sessions, with curriculum changing every ten weeks, allowing the children to continue their education for as long as desired. Our classes are taught year round: 9:30 AM – 8:30 PM, Monday-Friday. The morning and daytime hours, are focused towards Pre K and homeschool children, while the evening hours are available for everyone, and more flexible for children who attend public school. Our desire is for all children of all ages to receive the opportunity to use their creativity.
At Just Be Free Art School, each child is given the opportunity to explore a wide variety of media including: Painting, Constructivism Sculpture, Ceramics, Drawing, Collage, and Mixed Media. Children are also given the opportunity to create and star in their very own movies, music videos, and documentaries. Class sizes are kept small, to assure “one-on-one” attention, for each child. Why are we so passionate about teaching children? There is something so special about the heart of a child. Just be Free Art School is focused on allowing children the freedom to create and imagine to their heart’s content. We feel the art of a child is a great window into the beauty that is within them. Our desire is to encourage their creativity, while also providing fundamental instruction.
